Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: Evo Culture products are made to order. Production time is included in the processing window above.

Shipping Times
South Africa: 7–14 business days
International: 14–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Evo Culture has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
